In cases where we oversell, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible (within 24hrs).

ROUND TWO! This is the second shipment of the First Production Run. As some of you may know, the first production run is 250 of White and 250 in Dark Grey. The first shipment that arrived had about 75 of each color. This second shipment has about 100 of each color.
Freya is back in stock under the Hujoo->24cm section. Because 23cm is close enough to 24cm. So there you go.
Each Freya will come with her own First Production Run certificate of authenticity.
A new shipment from Limhwa brings us a great restock on a bunch of models, including some BLANK models for those that enjoy doing their own faceups (or want to commission artists to do a specific faceup)! Restocked this shipment are 27cm Sara and Mari, 43-45cm Leda, Sujan, and Mono, and 57cm Half Elf and Elly!
This latest shipment from Bobobie restocks many sold out models! The focus on this order was restocking the 1/3rd scale Bobobie dolls, but we also received restocks on 27cm March and Isabella, 43-45cm Mei, Song, An, Ming and other MSDs! Some SD sized models available again are Feng, Long, Chun, Lian, Dai, Dan, Apollo, Gang, Ophelia, Rachel, and more!

Freya in both White and Dark Grey sold out in about 13 hours. As mentioned earlier, this was just a partial shipment of the First Production Release, and we're still expecting more to come in, to complete the full First Production Release. As soon as we find out more information, we'll share it with you all via The Junky Spot Facebook page. Thank you everyone for your support on this project!

Cora served as the prototype for Dana and they've made some revisions to the gear system and developed a new headsculpt for Dana's release! Waterbased acrylic varnish. Quick drying. Protects with a MATTE and transparent coating. Does not yellow. Universal Application.
Dries quickly. For best results, spray from a distance of 20-30 cm from surface, spraying fine layers and allowing varnish to dry between applications.
Contains NO toluene or xylene. Does not contain CFC. NON-TOXIC. Note: We've tested this varnish out on both vinyl and resin dolls, as a "primer" for faceups, and for final sealing. It dries fast, gives good protection, doesn't smell as bad as many other varnish/lacquers, and is NON-TOXIC for the win! This book is a series of photographs taken of dolls in the collection of Northern California artist Wendy Bailey, known as Cirquemom in the BJD community. Referred to by the artist as snapshots, the full-page, full-color photographs show the dolls in candid moments of daily life. The only writing in the book is a short introduction by the artist, who presents the photographs as simply a glimpse into the lives of these fascinating three-dimensional virtual life-forms. |

The deadline to order any non resin dolls such as Obitsu dolls and etc is Monday May 12th by 8pm PST. All other orders that come in will ship upon our return on the 20th or on the 21st.
We will begin packing for the Fanime convention on the 21st. This means most orders will slow down or stop until the convention is over on the 26th, although we more than likely will not be FULLLY unpacked until the 28th or so...this one we'll have to play by ear, as our inventory will be split between the current location and the convention...we will pull from our inventory in both locations as time permits.

To celebrate this anniversary and to thank the support of the Dollzone collectors, Dollzine will hold an official celebration contest.
This contest will begin October 28, 2006. The Awards will be released before December 1, 2006. The winners listings will be published on January 2nd, 2007.
Contest 1: Photostory Contest (using Dollzone doll(s)).
1) 2-6 people can participate.
2) Number of Dolls: unlimited. (One doll can play multiple roles, but each role should be distinguished via clothing and etc.)
3) Story Type: Any type of story, however the following is NOT acceptable: scenes of pornography, politics, or violence.
4) Store Base: Original stories ONLY. Plagiarized stories will be disqualified.
5) Word count: under 2000
6) Images: Each story should have between 4-10 images of Dollzone dolls. The image size should be 800x600. You can also use Photoshop or other imaging software for special effects and etc. You can also watermark each image, if you believe it will not affect the overall aesthetics of your piece.
7) Plot Synopsis: We suggest that you give the plot synopsis and background story with each entry. The copyright of the story will belong to the participants.

First Place: 1 team

We received a large restock of 27cm bodies and heads, including more slim male heads and 23cm bodies! Also in are the new limited production Parabox/Obitsu 60cm Complete Gretel Dolls, both "Saint Gretel" and "Friend Gretel"!
The first production run of these was limited to 20 of each!
"Saint" Gretel is a very elegant and sophisticated custom doll. Hand-finished makeup, wig, dress and shoes make her gorgeous.
"Friend" Gretel is cute looking, like your little sister. You will find custom dolls fun with their hand-finished makeup, two tail wig, sharp clothes, and undergarment.
You can find these custom models under the "60cm Figures" section under Obitsu!
We will be out of town starting Thursday June 8th, 2006 until Sunday, June 11th, 2006. Orders received during this time period will ship on Monday, June 12th. Sera was lovingly created from a white (pale) skin soft-bust Obitsu doll with magnetized feet. She is highly articluated and wonderfully poseable. Her face paint is done with artist quality paints and will arrived lightly sealed for longevity. Her wig is made of lavendar Tibetan lambswool which is super soft and easily styled for many looks. Her wig is attached via a snap (the other snap is sewn to the top of her head) which makes it easy to turn to display one eye only but still stay firmly attached. This also allows you to remove the wig for cleaning or rewetting or to try other wigs for a completely different style! Sera will arrive nude, clothing and accessories not for sale. |
