Hi Folks! I hope everyone is well. I wanted to show my latest doll called Red Rose She is a Volks pre-rooted head with red and black hair and an Obitsu hard body with natural sized breasts and magnetic feet. I completely painted her face with high quality acrylics and sealed with matte and gloss medium sealers. Her non-removable costume is a hand sewn skirt and separate "bell" sleeves and a removable floor length cape made with a black and red rose pattern lightweight velveteen fabric trimmed with black sequins and black iridescent fun fiber. Her cape also features 2 black rose appliques and another decorative black applique up at the back of the neckline of the cape. Her top is a backless halter made from gold metal metallic mesh accented with costly red Swarovski rhinestones. She has an applied red rose tatoo on her breast. She wears black thigh high stockings with purchased black ankle boots.
I cut her hair in layers with two short layers framing her face. Her non-removable headpiece is made with more Swarovski crystals in black and red with "gold" filigree jewelry findings. Her forehead is accented with yet another costly Swarovski rhinestone. In her right hand she holds her "gold" cross charm with more Swarovski crystals and around her waist hangs a drop "gold" chain belt with another "gold" cross charm at the end.
