While a limited quantity of ARTE TOKIO products are currently on order for the store, we will be offering the bulk of their products via Special Order. We do not normally engage in the preorder/special order business model as we prefer to stock. However as these special silicone dolls from Arte Tokio are made to order with various options, in order to offer you the most options we will be handling Arte Tokio on a special order basis. UNLIKE many other "preorder / special order" shops that regularly use that business model, we will submit your order in with the manufacturer right away (as opposed to waiting for us to 'collect' enough preorders to meet minimums or to maximize for shipping costs).

PAYMENT METHODS:
As these dolls can get rather expensive, and take time to make, we will be allowing an advanced special order deposit/prepay system for those that want to finance the dolls in advance. This can be split 33.3% for a down deposit, a second payment in 30 days, and the last payment when the doll arrives. Also unlike many other "preorder / special order" shops, we will submit your order in with the manufacturer right away with the first deposit(as opposed to waiting for us to "collect' enough preorders to meet minimums or to justify our shipping costs the way other stores do). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS MADE FOR SPECIAL ORDERS.
Full prepayment orders will get a built in discount however. Also unlike many other "preorder / special order" shops, we will submit your order in with the manufacturer right away with full prepayment as well (as opposed to waiting for us to "collect' enough preorders to meet minimums or to justify our shipping costs the way other stores do).

Arte Tokio dolls do require special handling instructions.
This product can be easily bent to hold various postures, but is not made for frequent movement such as the way one plays with action figures. Recommended "play" is limited to the extent of occasionally changing the displayed pose.
ARTE TOKIO does NOT recommend trying to do body blushing yourself, as usually artist mediums will not work correctly on the silicone material and may permanently damage the doll.

Lastly, please remember that although the promo pictures show the Arte Tokio bodies with heads, the basic body sets do NOT come with head.

Arte Tokio 40cm silicone seamless doll body "ARTE 040 (a40)" is a seamless doll body with a wire (special wire) construction frame. Each joint can be adjusted to hold precise angles. Create and display any pose desired! Also most commercially sold PVC heads for 40cm dolls can be attached by changing the enclosed head joint attachments. There is even a wide compatibility in clothes for commercial 40cm size dolls.

The head joint attachment comes in two sizes. Compatibility over a wide range is possible. (Similar to the idea of the additional neck posts as on the Obitsu 27cm dolls).

The versions we are offering will all by default have the seam/parting lines already cut.
